Support issues should be submitted via our Ticketing System or by sending an email to email@example.com. This is the official support point for any service related issue.
When contacting support or submitting a ticket, please supply the domain or website name to which the issue relates, and include as much information as possible, especially error messages (attach screenshots) and any other information that you feel may be relevant. The more information we have on an issue, the easier and faster it will be for us to identify the problem and resolve the issue.
Phone based Technical Support is available by phone on +61 409 605671 during normal business hours. Please bear in mind that you may have to wait for a support engineer to become free in order to take your call, so seeking a resolution using our knowledge base or support ticketing system is usually faster.
Out of hours support
Normal out-of-hours support requests may be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or may be submitted via the on-line ticketing system.
For emergency outage assistance out-of-hours, please email email@example.com (restricted to emergency technical issues where your website, VPS or server is completely unavailable).
Emergency support staff do not have access to accounting information. If your service is unavailable because of failure to renew or invalid credit-card details, you should log in to your appropriate account and renew the subscription in question.
